"They really paid attention to how I walk"
I went in and they actually took the time to watch how I walk, which I appreciated. To me, it felt like they weren’t just guessing or trying to sell me something random, they really understood what I needed and got it right

"Look nice, but not as comfortable as I expected"
I ordered these running shoes from Fit2Run and they did show up quickly, so that part was fine. The sizing was right too, and I’ll admit they look nice. But the comfort was a letdown for me. They felt okay at first, but after walking around for a couple hours my feet started getting sore, which isn’t really what I was hoping for at this price. Maybe they just need to be broken in more, but I expected them to feel better right away. Checkout was easy, but overall I’m kind of disappointed. They’re not terrible, just not nearly as comfy as I wanted them to be.

"Decent Store, But the Communication Could Be Better"
I do appreciate that Fit2Run hosts group runs and tries to stay involved with the local running community. It makes the store feel more welcoming and not just like somewhere you go to buy shoes. That said, the event updates can be inconsistent, and sometimes it feels like the info is mostly geared toward people who already know the routine or are regulars. It’s still a decent experience overall, but I do think they owe customers a bit of an apology for the poor communication and should make things easier for everyone to follow

"Inventory was wrong, and the response felt a little condescending"
I ordered a pair of shoes from fit2run.com because the site said my size was in stock. Then the next day I got an email saying they actually didn’t have them anymore, which was frustrating. Customer service did refund me without any hassle, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the way it was handled kind of made me feel talked down to, like it was just something I should have expected. I just wish their inventory was more accurate before letting people place an order. Not the worst experience, but definitely disappointing

"Rewards Program Is Actually Worth It"
I signed up for the rewards program and was surprised it helped me save a decent amount on my last pair of shoes. The points showed up quickly, and using them was super easy. I think other customers would probably appreciate how straightforward it is too. Overall, I’m happy I joined

"Mostly clean, but not really"
It was clean enough overall, I guess, and I didn’t feel gross being there or anything. But at the same time, the floors were kind of dusty, which made it feel like it hadn’t been fully cleaned. So yeah, it was fine, but also not as clean as I expected.

"Fine for easy runs"
I ordered these from fit2run and they’ve been decent for my regular easy runs. I was going to say they’re great, but for faster workouts they just didn’t feel as smooth or responsive as I hoped. Shipping was fine, nothing really to complain about there. I’d maybe buy them again, but I’m not totally sure

"Wrong color showed up — what a joke"
I ordered one pair of shoes and somehow got a completely different color than the one I picked. Shipping was fine, I guess, but getting the actual order right feels like the bare minimum. Then I had to mess around with the return process, which was just annoying. what a joke

I like that Fit2Run has so many running brands in one place. I was able to find my usual Brooks, and it was nice to compare them with Hoka and On without having to jump between different stores. It definitely makes shopping easier. That said, it can feel a little overwhelming at times with all the options, and I wish the layout was a bit easier to sort through. Still, overall, it’s a convenient place to shop for running shoes

The only frustrating part was the waiting — it felt like they took longer to get here than I expected, and I kept checking the tracking. That said, the shoes arrived in good shape and were exactly what I wanted. For the price, I’m still happy with the purchase and would probably order from them again.
